Citan Uzuki is a doctor who lives near Lahan with his wife Yul and his daughter Midori in the game Xenogears.
Citan knows many things and has many connections. He was formerly one of the Elements along with Sigurd. He was ordered by Cain to observe and report on Fei. Despite his connections to Solaris he is a loyal party member.
Initially Citan fights with his martial arts skill and Arcane ether. After certain events, Citan will take up his sword.
